Walnut Hills Retirement Community

is a Continuing Care Living Community (CCLC) nestled among the peaceful rolling hills of Walnut Creek in Holmes County, Ohio. Our 110-acre campus is located in the heart of the world’s largest Amish community. Our 185 staff members reflect the Christian values of our community.

Since our founding in 1971 by Levi and Lillis Troyer, we have been locally owned and operated. In June 2008, this local control continued when a not-for-profit organization was formed and a Board of Directors was named. Walnut Hills is an affiliate community of Greencroft Communities of Goshen, Indiana.
