- A secure setting with Screened Porch, Courtyard, Patio, and a wonderful view of the valley
- All private suites designed to accommodate personal belongings and enhance familiarity
- A Household designed with specific lighting, colors, cuing features, furniture, and fixtures
- Support services from other Retirement Home departments including 24/7 Nursing, Dietary,
Housekeeping, and Laundry
- Licensed Residential Care (Assisted Living) by the state of Ohio for special needs individuals
