Resident Association & Council Active in Community Life
The Walnut Hills Resident Association was formed when a charter was officially adopted
in June 2009. The group oversees community life, which includes program and community
interactions for the two Independent Living communities on our campus. The seven-member
Resident Council has appointed committees to help enrich life in The Commons and The
Meadows, including Social and Fellowship, Park and Campus, Welcome and Good Neighbor,
and Nominating Committees. The Chairperson of the Resident Council and another member
attends the quarterly Board of Directors' meetings as Resident Representatives.
